  9. The download itself is reasonably small, it's space is probably used for the cache as it downloads the maps from the server while you navigate around the globe. Install and have a play.

  16. Just wondering, if leritz gave us a HJT log wouldnt we would know for sure if he had anything else running at startup. ps. If you run an Easy Cleaner clean (both the unneeded files & registry clean), instead of CCleaner, does it have the same effect on the system? Have you checked you ram for faults? Using a utility like memtest.
  17. I agree use Daemon Tools, just during install remember to un-check the "install sponsor" option. Though to rip a copy of you program may not be so easy if it has protection, I cant think of any freeware ripping programs so wait till someone suggests one. If you have Nero installed you could try using that.
  18. Your having quite a run of things going bad... If you write down the message, you could google it and see what comes up, else i have no idea. Maybe its a built in monitor feature you can't disable.
  19. You can selectively unzip :-) though I imagine if you have huge lot compressed you are liable to miss something.
