  1. Try unplugging one of the speakers from the colored port on the back of your pc and put it back in, on ours the config automatically pops up. If not, maybe you disabled it to make the system faster, either re-enable it( ours is called HDAUDPROPShortcut from c-media I believe), or reinstall the drivers to get it back, I had to I couldn't find a windows way of doing it.
  2. Most of us will take it as bug reporting, not complaining. You could just run a pre-1.19 version on that machine until the problem is fixed. see filehippo.com for old versions of CCleaner.com.

    Cookies

Yes they will see the same files, If you have multiple cleaners they will remove anything not in their safe list so make sure you set all cookie cleaners to ignore your specified cookies.
  4. See The Beginners Guide for all your options. You cannot do a registry scan/fix automatically.
  5. Try a Call of Duty 2 Forum, they may know the answer sooner than we could. also make sure you have the latest Game Patches remember to install them in the right order. The Below Boards came from a quick Google search all have COD2 sections and most are alive: GameSpot: Call of Duty 2 Call Of Duty 2 Boards Forum Planet: Call of Duty 2 Call of Duty 2 UK Forum Filefront: Call of Duty2
  6. I just tested the Beta and Normal versions of Yahoo!7 Mail at 800x600 and all went fine. Neither automatically resized my resolution, but it did warn me:
  7. I'll have to click that link sometime to find out what kinda software that is. To click or not to click that is the question deserving a decision.
  8. Not via keyboard or R-Click/Delete kind of deleting. The folders are related to system restore, If you know what that is and are sure you want to empty all but the latest (Run Disk Cleanup Windows Utility -not CCleaner- click More Options, under Syetem Restore section click Cleanup) or disable system restore see this. If unsure just leave system Restore alone unless you are cleaning up after a virus/spyware infection that has backed up into the restore folder, or understand the implications.
  9. I did have two read it a couple of times but I think I did make sense of it, your Computer English needs work but its understandable if someone wants to understand it. Posting Here should be fine but understandably he doesn't reply to every message for anyone else this is what Harry07 meant Correct me if I mis-translated something. Unless someone knows where the image transfer wizard stores its MRU locations/files you'll have to wait.
  10. Your welcome, I've used unlocker for years its an awesome app. BTW Welcome to the forums.
  11. I like that especially the BSOD at the end.
  12. Not sure if its related but I found this Microsoft Article while checking up on an application error in EventViewer, Which you might want to do as well, (Right Click "My Computer" click "Manage" open "EventViewer" open "Application" and check what sort of errors there are.
  13. I use to use Jv16 (last freeware) regularly and never had a problem with it. Are you using the new version or the last freeware one?

  17. I see that was listed as fixed in version 1.19.108 But the error seems to be reported after the fix.
  18. Ok I must have missed their intentions, so they wanted to be sure the backup actually backed up, before fixing the issues?
  19. Scan your pc's with other Antiviruses and try ASquared aswell, "Monica" & "Nut75" if you can run a HijackThis scan you should post the logs in this forum section.

    Newbie here.

Yes, you can use recuva portably, I believe you can just copy C:\Program Files\Recuva\recuva.exe and use it. Theres NO risk starting a virus by just scanning for deleted items, only if you recover and execute a virus would that possibly be a problem.
  21. Could you test that card back in the other guys PC, or any another PC? Else it could be faulty...
  22. Have you tried posting in any COD2 forums?
  23. To change your files default opening program, Right click on a .mov file go to "open with" click "choose Program" and select Windows Media Player tick the allways use box, press ok. That should mean you wont have to manually open WMP to make a .mov play. Though if you always open WMP before loading up a movie I guess you'll have to keep selecting *.*
  24. woops I didn't recognize the link when you posted it, I also never clicked it
