I think you can use your Avast 4.8 license for Avast 5. Either that, or you don't need a license at all (since the program is still beta).

Did you switch to Windows 7 or is that just a theme? Sorry hard to tell, some Win7 themes look so much like the actual Win7 theme. Nice background btw.

You don't need a torrent link to download the latest Avast 5 beta version. Look at this topic on Avast forums.

Okay, just installed RocketDock and set it up just the way I would want it. Now I can't even imagine how I got along without it! (This is going on my new computer ASAP ). Right now RD is only using about 10k memory, probably because I haven't restarted yet.

Wow, that is TINY memory usage. Definitely going to install this one. Offtopic: I got definitely right again!

Question about RocketDock: Does it slow down your system at all Dennis? And about how much RAM does it use? (Want to put it on old comp.). Btw, it's safe to use right? Have you had any errors or anything like that using it?

Dang. That looks like a nice theme; I was hoping XP users could use it. Do you know of any themes like that that would work on XP?

I stopped using FF Portable, because I've had some weird glitch with them. They seem to have mini-freezes every few minutes, and then they unfreeze, then they mini-freeze again, etc. etc. It got annoying, so I stopped using them.

Mr.Brownstone, are you using XP or Vista? If you're using XP, what theme is that? Looks nice!

Almost all of the Opera alpha/beta/RC releases I've tested have been stable for me, like TeeJay, so I would be pretty confident about testing out one of Opera's betas.

Don't really count my opinion, as I haven't really tested Vista out yet, and this is my opinion in my brief time of using it. IMO, Vista search seems easier, since all you have to do is open up the Start Menu, and there is a search area right there, so you don't need to open up a separate Window to use it.
