  1. Can you give a few more details such as which operating system you use. What security software you run. Was this updated from a previous CCleaner version.. if yes, how?
  2. I knew you'd be one of the first customers
  3. I don't think many people will click on your attachment of an executable file. It serves no purpose to attach that anyway. Instead we need to know what operating system you have. What security software (antivirus) you use. Was this offered to you as an update or did you buy it? If you bought it, where did you buy it from? Also have a read here https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/204043844--Problems-activating-or-registering-CCleaner-Professional
  4. More info please. Freezes where?
  5. You really should only use one antivirus. Is your AV up to date ?
  6. So you are running 2 antivirus at the same time? Can I ask why? Did you download the free CCleaner version? Use the SLIM version from here (bottom in the list) https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds
  7. Need more info. What operating system. Which anti-virus. Did you update from a previous version.
  8. See here https://community.ccleaner.com/topic/56848-piriform-translator-webservice-closed/?tab=comments#comment-315214
  9. Can I just ask to make sure that when you select those cookies you are then sending them across to the ''cookies to keep'' list by highlighting one, and clicking on the right-arrow in the middle of the page to send it over to the 'cookies to keep' list (and then same with the other 2 ones you mention.) Pictures here https://www.ccleaner.com/docs/ccleaner/ccleaner-settings/choosing-which-cookies-to-keep
  10. I cannot see CCleaner mentioned in your screenshot. It mentions 'some security software' CCleaner is NOT security software. What antivirus do you use and what other security software do you use e.g Malwarebytes.
  11. What message did Firefox give you?
  12. That was going to be my next suggestion
  13. Does the same thing happen if you use a DVD instead of a USB ? (just trying some ideas)
  14. Open CCleaner. Select Options. Select Updates. Select perform updates manually.
