  1. In CCleaner go to Options... Settings and select Custom Clean near the top. Close CCleaner and open it again and choose Custom Clean (should be highlighted) Now do an Analyse and right-click on the item you want to know more about and select 'View all files'.
  2. Most people are right-handed so it is easier for them to click the Accept button than the Decline button (perhaps the should be placed the other way around)
  3. Also if you don't want to use Health Check go to Options.. Settings... and select Custom Clean at the top instead of Health Check.
  4. See here https://community.ccleaner.com/topic/57861-ccleaner-565-fails-to-launch/?tab=comments#comment-318083
  5. Open CCleaner. Click on Options left hand side. Click Upgrade to Pro at the top. Enter your key making sure to do it correctly (copy and paste is usually a good idea)
  6. At the same time behind it. but just to the side. was a different popup asking me to try Health Check (I use custom) I felt I was being bombarded with popups
  7. I had a business licence request the other day on a laptop I don't use everyday. I just closed it assuming it was just yet another CCleaner popup (perhaps trying to remind business users that they must have a licence)

https://www.ccleaner.com/about Every country uses it. The darker the green, the more usage. Gray would have less usage.
  10. Dave don't you think it's more likely that users do not know that Health Check has its own set of rules (hence the problems we see on forum) and as it's the default at install they run with it. It should be an opt in.
  11. What anti-virus are you using? What operating system are you running?
