Did you use healthcheck. Healthcheck uses different uncustomizable rules for its cleaning and does not abide by custom clean checkmarks.

Not that long, you're talking about a delay that could take seconds or minutes but not 10-30 min . That sounds more like a blocked server, but i haven't re-read the thread so i don't know where we are on troubleshooting (and am too lazy to do so). Thats an android notification, every so often android will inform you of apps that have administrative permissions and other sensitive permissions. I think it started with Android 13 but maybe earlier for some manufacturers.

Yes because it can't analyize those programs as they've locked the files for use. So ccleaner needs them xlosed to nake the assessment of their junk.

Ccleaner does have routines for both these softwares. In custom clean they are on the second, apps, tab. If they don't show on your pc there, it might be that you chose a non default location for them. 12% is a small amount, you're trying to get to zero, you never will achieve that . Windows is a messy child and fragments immediatly. If it was always 30% maybe something to worry about but 12 is normal
