When users with the problem provide logs as asked. Obviously they weren't able to recreate this and need those logs.

Because the extention is saving in, probably, the worst possible location. Cache gets cleaned by everyone often, or should, not just ccleaner users but everybody. I'd admonish the developers about locating important files in the cache. It's like saving crucial data to the temp folder or the recycle bin

If yes continue After running ccleaner (health check or custom please tell us) those two accounts require password again to check mail. Correct? If yes then we can start to weedle down what the cause entry is.

Ccleaner64 is an executable it's the program that runs ccleaner on a 64 bit machine. Check c:\program file\ccleaner for the file, if it's not there reinstall ccleaner

Usually that's a sign that edge is not fully closing. Exit edge, kill any edge processes in task manger then see if ccleaner shows the cookies

Healthcheck or custom clean? Only clean or registry clean? Version of windows? Are you using any additional ccleaner rules (such as community winapp2 or ccleaner enhancer)? Version of adobe? Probably in quarantine. Thoughtthat's a very old speccy i think. Latest is 1.32. The "malware" probably being referenced is potential unwanted app bundler. So it's probably flagging the included software with the free version (something i believe doesn't occur in newer ccleaner.com installers) likely a toolbar or avg antivirus or chrome.

You can control cookies in options I think your issue is wiping session though, try unchecking that. Both are part of custom clean. Healthcheck ignores those and does it's own thing

Are auto updates and smart cleaning turned off? Do you have ccleaner's scheduler enabled?
