Nope not really, if you want control over what's removed you need to use custom clean. You can everytime you health check uncheck browser items after analysis, but i don't know the actusl steps as i don't (won't) use healthcheck

You misunderstand portable, to my knowledge, is not permanently canceled, this version doesn't have a portable because (at my guess only) because the only thing added is telemetry to see how people use it

Just guessing but I'd say there probably won't be a portable as the only new is telemetry and that goes against the idea of portable

Recuva shouldn't do anything to your data flow but kamo that's kinda what it does. As far as I know kamo feeds trackers bad data.

Try this Make whatsapp in working order Right click on session under chrome and choose clean Does whatsapp still work or broken If still works try this for each option under chrome until you find which one cause the breakage Then analyze that section as you did above finding the needed exclude

Try this Rightclick internet cache and choose analyze Double click on the result if in advanced report and not details immediately One of those files is going to be in need of right click> exclude. If there are too many then clean it first then immediately load the twitter page that gives notification and nothing else (no other auto open pages or what not) then redo my steps and find the culprit

That is correct driver updater is not enabled in portable ccleaner. I can't pinpoint the exact reason but it makes sense to me.

Because the slightest use of the hard drive changes the results so any save will be wrong as soon as it's written.

At a guess i would say either because portable doesn't write registry entries or because boot time happens before usb drives are initiated. These are pure conjecture though.

Sounds like you have a bugged version of ccleaner which was causing this exact problem, please redownload and reinstall ccleaner. You don't need to Uninstall first.

Are you using portable defraggler? It can't do boot defrag iirc
