  1. As far as i know there are no android recovery programs. Recuva definitely can't help as it requires a drive letter to be assigned and Android removed that ability somewhere around ice-cream
  2. Why would we delete it before solving your slow startup issue
  3. There is a bug that is being looked into. Have you previously used the driver updater feature. If yes please tell us the content of Program Files\CCleaner\Data\BackupStorage and the size of the files
  4. Latest ccleaner is version 6. Ccleaner skips edge because at some point you told it not to show you that edge needs to be closed, and something (some software that is running, or even edge itself, when you do your clean) is keeping edge open. Make sure in edge that fast startup and run in the background are turned off. In ccleaner there's an option to turn warning messages back on, but i can't remember where. Empty recycle bin, is a harder one. Perhaps the only older than 24 hours got checked. Are the files still in the bin or is it just that ccleaner reports the same size after a clean?
  5. Portable skipped this update while they work out folder setup (remember last version's terrible 64bit 32 bit folder that borked portability)
  6. This is a user forum, have you already tried sending tech support an email at support@ccleaner.com if you have pro you get priority support included
  7. Yes there is a known bug when it comes to identifying drive type. This seems to be especially so when the system has one ssd and one hdd. We are assured that a new version of defraggler is forthcoming but have, in all honesty, seen little movement toward this release.
  8. As long as the license was filed under the same name or email address then an automated bot (two times a day i believe) goes through and fixes the extention date. I'd wait around another day and check it again.
  9. Try to add an extension that might work. Right click the file choose rename, go to the end of the name and type ".jpg" without the quotes
  10. To my knowledge there is no kamo for phone. Especially if they are exe files, which are specfic to windows only (for which there is a kamo).
  11. Hi we can't help on licensing on the public forum But if you write support@ccleaner.com from the address you registered ccleaner with they can get you worked out.
  12. I've pointed admin to this thread but for now do as i did and take ccleaner.exe and ccleaner64.exe in the base folder, and (if wanted) drag the dlls from the folder best describing your pc (64 or 32) to the same folder. as far as i can tell this should re portablize it.
  13. That's not ccleaner, are you sure you're at the right site. Ccleaner has never claimed to block advertisements. The image you provided is for a product called "PC Helpsoft" and is not what ccleaner looks like. Eso no es CCleaner , ¿estás seguro de que estás en el sitio correcto? Ccleaner nunca ha afirmado bloquear anuncios. La imagen que proporcionó es para un producto llamado "PC Helpsoft" y no es lo que parece ccleaner
  14. Are you running the latest kamo (came out today i think)
  15. You have a corrupt recycle bin follow the steps in the above post (replacing c: for the letter of the drive containing the ghost files as needed)
  16. I think so, but i wanted it so don't remember
  17. Doesn't look like it's garbled to me (firefox for android) I'll check a pc browser when i wake tomorrow
  18. Depends on the firewall. P. S. I too sometimes get the stuck quote, it's a flaw in the forum software by invision
  19. I tried it once and then I had a problem setting up CCleaner. I write via Google Translator I only speak Czech.
  20. Yes recuva cannot see android phones as they don't map as a drive (android removed this feature in ice cream or maybe earlier).
  21. Right click the cmd shortcut and choose run as admin, the command you're using requires admin uac
  22. https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup
  23. When you did the registry section i assume you just blindly cleaned everything that it flagged, this was a mistake if you did (best practices can be read in my signature below). Did you make a backup when ccleaner prompted you (during the registry section).?
