Can someone please advise why recent C Cleaner Update v5. 92.9652 skips Edge and internet Explorer clean and no longer empties recycle bin? There were no issues prior to this update. They have all been ticked as per usual.

I can't install the new update at all: "Error opening file for writing": option to abort, retry or ignore. Any ideas?
