  1. This is a user forum so you won't get help unless a user can identfy the issue. Maybe you're blocking server access in your firewall?
  2. The blue is just a piriform color it isn't (too my knowledge) a color coded message
  3. It's informing you that the minimum limit has been reached and is asking you do you want to clean. That said yours is quite low at 1/2 a GB. You can set this limit in options>smart cleaning. I have mine set to the default 1GB.
  4. Make sure you aren't clearing the cookie for www.ccleaner.com. You should only see the offer rarely but if the cookie is cleared adverts may popup more often.
  5. Nope this sticks, it's a hidden option (usually one using group policy in a corporate environment ) but no upgrades don't touch the setting
  6. System restore (attempts) to make services, drivers and registry back to where they were when the point was made. It has no effect on apps and docs Ok let's try to assertain some info. Are you saying this happened only installing and not running any section that caused this? Ccleaner has no ability to have caused this solely on install. (it doesn't update any windows components such as .net or visual basic c). This does not discount that this has happened i just don't see how.
  7. Winapp2 isn't a third party program. It is a template of other cleaning routines made by ccleaner users. Entries from winapp2 often are added later to ccleaner's default rules. There's a link to an explanation in my signature
  8. I think they mean general trash (junk) not the recycle bin .
  9. Glad you figured it out, thanks for coming back with your report
  10. The very act of shuting down and starting up overwrite some. The location you restored to may also be a factor (if you chose to restore them to the same drive they were lost from). Just using portable is not enough if it is not placed on a separate drive from the drive being recovered from. Finally, if you used, the same pc to download recuva that's some writing.
  11. Wow ok so i just read your terible (should not happen and I'm sorry that it did) post. But you did, in all your details, leave out what exactly you did in ccleaner. The behavior you described cannot (should not, rather) happen in a default state custom clean. When you used ccleaner what features did you use (performance optimizer, driver updater, health check, registry, any combo).
  12. No, sorry at this point all licensing for the android app is through play store (and maybe amazon it might be listed there but i haven't checked amazon appstore in years).
  13. To be sure, where did you get ccleaner from ? If not the official page you may have a problem
  14. I've directed the attention of developers at this thread hopefully they'll get to it soon
  15. Please email support@ccleaner.com we can't really do any license help on this user forum
  16. Correct. Ccleaner mostly only includes programs installed in the default location, even if it detects the program (through registry instead of file as some applications are in ccleaner) it might not correctly clean if the files it cleans are not in the default location . You can see what ccleaner detects and cleans by running ccleaner.exe /export from commamd prompt and searching the resulting file for telegram
  17. While Microsoft is saying they've removed internet explorer, it's still there. It often runs for legacy programs and even windows features More info here https://www.pcgamer.com/the-forlorn-ghost-of-internet-explorer-continues-to-haunt-windows-11-systems/
  18. It should show this, does it not I've moved this thread to the ccleaner for android board.
  19. Please email support@ccleaner.com from the email address you registered your purchase with. This is a user's forum and we can't really help on licensing issues
  20. You have windows 10 or 11, onedrive is built-in. if you don't use it try putting it to sleep
  21. Moved to CCleaner mac board
