CallMeTheArrow
For Star Trek Online (listed above), I've edited the post to add an important note to the bottom about the install directory location. Previous post.
Winapp2.ini
That's easy enough to account for, just doubling up the detectfiles and filekeys for both paths (see the World of Warcraft entries for an example of this) winapp2.ini additions thread winapp2.ini github

Moderators Nergal Posted June 15, 2011 Moderators Share Posted June 15, 2011 I added a nice little "How-To" to the first post... thoughts? love it, it's funny cause I was thinking about some sort of "how-to win*2.ini" only yesterday. Only one suggestion adding that a submittor should indicate what OS(or multitude of OS) the entry was tested on (as well as that they did test it). ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Alan_B
@CSGalloway I found your previous post painfully obscure. It was NOT immediately obvious what you were on about. A little dash of larger size, colour, and boldness would have helped, e.g. [AOL 9.6*] Default=False DetectFile=%CommonAppData%AOL\C_AOL Desktop 9.6 LangSecRef=3022 FileKey1=%CommonAppData%AOL\C_AOL Desktop 9.6\spool|*.tmp FileKey2=%CommonAppData%AOL\C_AOL Desktop 9.6\bart|*.*|RECURSE should be [AOL 9.6*] Default=False DetectFile=%CommonAppData%\AOL\C_AOL Desktop 9.6 LangSecRef=3022 FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\AOL\C_AOL Desktop 9.6\spool|*.tmp FileKey2=%CommonAppData%\AOL\C_AOL Desktop 9.6\bart|*.*|RECURSE
