  1. If you download the free slim installer from https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds You can plug your license key into its options/about menu press "upgrade to pro" button and you can enter the name and license key
  2. Anyone run into this? https://www.windowscentral.com/windows-10-october-2018-update-seems-be-deleting-users-data
  3. Cleaning the windows.old folder breaks windows for many people. Some of the stuff in the folder are still used by Windows and slowly are migrated out. Use windows inbuilt cleaner to remove window.old (if storage sense even does that now that cleanmgr is gone).
  4. All "child browser" are cleaned by the section of browser on which it is based ("parent browser"). Vivaldi is a child of chrome thus is cleaned via the chrome section.
  5. The website or the program (ccleaner)?
  6. There is no infection (other than far gone past version). This topic refers to a false positive
  7. I've been here much longer than Pro has been out. It's never been lifetime license. Always has been one year of automatic updates and priority support, all other pro features continue to work after a year is up.
  8. Check to make sure ccleaner isn't running (including monitoring in the system tray). If it isn't see if you can manually delete ccleaner64.exe from your installation folder.
  9. And sadly it's still true. They, honestly, released it with little focus on supporting it. I've had a call out to our need of Mac knowledge from very early into the production cycle of Ccleaner Mac, May of 2012 to be exact. i'm not employed by the developers, i'm a user like you (except not mac). I can just do my best to direct pro users to the priority support they paid for.
  10. We're pretty low on Mac users who might help you, but, since you have professional version you should contact the developers directly at https://piriform.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  11. Your way is the way to clean all flash cookies other than the ones you've moved to cookies to keep. This is the prefered way, but hey if you want to delete individually as opposed to keeping individually it's yer party. Though the ones you don't move to keep, that you didn't want to delete will be deleted if you have a check in applications/Adobe Flash Player, so again move the ones you don't want deleted to the keep column.
  12. I can right click the flash cookie and delete individually in the cookies option. Though not sure why you'd want to instead of just moving the flash cookies you want to keep to the right hand side of the options and have your normal cleaning routine take care of the others. (note the "local" cookie I use in the example refuses to go away but it was the only flash cookie I had.)
  13. I've flagged this for the developers.
  14. Flash cookies are on the to keep section too. If you highlight one in the cookies on pc column you'll see a flash icon.
  15. This tells how to do that https://www.ccleaner.com/docs/ccleaner/ccleaner-settings/choosing-which-cookies-to-keep
  16. Make sure ccleaner is not running in the background (such as monitoring) . If it's not running manually delete ccleaner64.exe from the folder (send it to the recycle bin). Then run the installer again.
  17. Pretty sure the first picture are dom cookies and thus are handled by ccleaner already, and the second by sessions under edge.

  19. Now that you got that out your system. I've closed this thread, not because your criticisms but because you used naughty language.
  20. @BrigitteR just to be sure, where are you located (what country)
  21. Does it tell you that it's unable to overwrite ccleaner64.exe? And gives you the option to ignore, retry or cancel?
  22. This is an official company website so an alternate will not be given here.
