Kapersky is looking into the why, but here's the work around

Neither is wrong, defraggler results contain results windows defragger ignores. You are trying to reach a zero or near zero defrag status. This is relatively impossible to achieve. The 23% that defraggler sees is a very good defrag minimum.

Are you running Kapersky internet security or antivirus?

Just in case make sure that shutdown after cleaning did not accidentally get enabled.

You will get no different results if you clear a filter after the scan. Run the scan with no filter then scan then add filter. I believe most of the ignored files are files that are still live, but my fellow moderator @Augeas is better versed. I've moved this thread to the recuva discussion board.

Never used avast's firewall myself. I've been happy with the built-in windows firewall since at least windows 7

Usually this is caused by ccleaner still running in the background such as monitoring or improper exit. See if you can manually delete ccleaner64.exe from the ccleaner folder.

OT yes they were looking in the missing 5.44 but moderators never heard back on that, probably because .45 blewup so badly on them.

Please don't host your own downloads (or go to sketchy self owned links) of ccleaner; not only is it dangerous, it breaks the license. I've edited your post to the correct location for historical installers.

Correct, other than automatic updates, all pro perks still work after 1 year.

Pro has always had a year. That year includes automatic updates and priority support. All other pro features continue to work as before.

You and many others (all others really) have noticed this flaw in the latest version. The moderation staff has informed the admin of this. Just know you are not alone in your situation.

A SSD still accumulates junk files and temporary files so yes still of use. Just don't use multiple wipes or clear freespace/use drive wiper tool

I don't believe you can, but you might want to directly contact the devs as this is a user forum and the devs rarely poke their head in here
