Have you tried again as you are on the right page for the download.
Did you see this by the way?

So you are able to download and install the progam okay, you just cannot open it ?
What happens in safe mode?
Also when you install it do you have " automatically check for updates ticked"? If so try unticking this option.
Does ccleaner show up in add and remove programs?
Welcome to the forum rhys
Outlook Express and my ISP account.
Have one at opera but after sending 2 test mails to a family member, have recieved 2 spam mails already. Will not be using this account again.
I'm smiling Cowboy 'cause we have all been there.
The second day I had a computer I had to download something to my desktop. I ended up ringing customer support to ask where my desktop was. "If you are looking at your computer now" he said "It's there"
"Where?" "I cannot see anything that says desktop"
So you see, as res45 says, it's all a learning curve!!
When I first used opera I exported ALL my favourites from IE to opera. Now when I add anything in opera to my favourites it doesn't show in IE.
I guess I just hoped I didn't have to do it for each browser !
First off cowboy I have 5 listed in the ALL section so don't worry, Bigfoot, Verisign and my POP3 mail default.
Try ringing the freephone number they gave you and ask which one you put in the MAIL bit, is it .com or .net, then you will have it from the horses mouth so to speak!!
Someone here had the same problem

Also do you have full permission rights on the computer?
I use opera 99% of the time although I keep IE7 as my default.
What I didn't realise is that bookmarks, or favourites as some people call them, when added in opera are not shown when I use IE.
Cowboy is perfectly correct spinwash it is a false positve, there even was a thread about it yesterday.
