  2. You really should only use one antivirus. Is your AV up to date ?

Can I just ask to make sure that when you select those cookies you are then sending them across to the ''cookies to keep'' list by highlighting one, and clicking on the right-arrow in the middle of the page to send it over to the 'cookies to keep' list (and then same with the other 2 ones you mention.)   7. I cannot see CCleaner mentioned in your screenshot. It mentions 'some security software' CCleaner is NOT security software. What antivirus do you use and what other security software do you use e.g Malwarebytes.

  10. Does the same thing happen if you use a DVD instead of a USB ? (just trying some ideas)
  11. Open CCleaner. Select Options. Select Updates. Select perform updates manually.
  12. You report on this has been sent to admins by one of the other mods.
