  6. Unfortunatly Health Check uses it's own set of cleaning rules (not the ones on the left hand side of CCleaner interface) I don't know how you could get all the info you have lost back. I suggest that you change to 'Custom Clean' by opening CCleaner.. Options.. Settings and at the top select Custom Clean instead of Health Check. This then will clean what YOU select. The mods here have asked Piriform about the lack of info and warnings on what Health Check can do to users machines. But to no avail.

  12. Well you don't have an account when you use the free version. What happens if uninstall the version you have, restart your machine, and then download the free version 5.65 from here https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds If it installs okay you can just register it with your key by opening CCleaner..Options and at the top it will say ''Upgrade to Pro'' Press it and enter your key.

    Also I think it is a safer idea I think to download any software to your machine and then install it from there. Just personal preference.
