  1. I can say this: CCleaner works 100% on ME.
  2. Add a program to winapp2.ini
  3. I don't remember the address to get, it's pretty common in Forums. Only you can see your own info...
  4. Because most people use IPB for a Forum. Most Web Hosters have Control Panels, with just 1 click you can install the IPB Forum. Very nice to do and a very good forum system. Figured I would try to be professional about it. Well, I guess the team is me, and MrG. That is if he wants to be a Moderator.
  5. Here is a temp fix... [Office 97] Detect=HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Word I think if you use Outlook, it will show up (not 100% sure). Detect=HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\8.0\ Is used for Outlook in XP and 2003.
  6. No, you must install it. As it requires a few files installed in different directories. You can install new versions over the old ones.
  7. I did that 2 days ago... You weren't my last victim though. Dj was...
  8. God, i wish I could win a PSP, never won anything in my life.
  9. I think you need to uninstall CCleaner and reinstall it. I think you are missing around with the ini files too much.
  10. %ProgramFiles%\GIANT Company Software\GIANT AntiSpyware is that the correct directory?
  11. I'm trying to understand the problem. It's something with your cookies right?
  12. Well, if you don't have the latest version, you will run into problems down the road. As, most programs are written in Visual Basic.
  13. This is a shot in the dark, but do you have the latest Visual Basic 6 Runtime? Get the here if you don't.
  14. Yea, try uninstalling it, and then reinstalling it. See if that helps.
  15. Ok, here is the details on the CCleaner and Recycle Bin. Maybe it will help... Registry Keys: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\Shell\Open CCleaner... HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\Shell\Run CCleaner {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} is the Recycle Bin. Either the CLSID got changed in the 64bit version or it's like Dj said. I know you have regedit32.exe in 32bit Windows, I wonder if they made a regedit64.exe...
  16. It's rare to have an addition, this is the first addition to an existing entry in winapp.ini in like 3 versions... Just have to look through the forum for now, but usually they get added in the next version.
  17. Where can I download it at?
  18. I will do a real reply this time... Usually after the first time you use CCleaner, it won't be any big MB cleaning. I use it about 5-6 times a day myself. It's just according to what I am doing, if it cleans alot of stuff. The more you use it, the less it will clean. Which is good if you are worried about people seeing what you have done. Have you tried winapp2.ini by any chance? Add a program to winapp2.ini You would be surprised what all it cleans and should free up alot more disk space.
  19. Yea, nothing can be done about this. Windows automatically recreates this file.
  20. Ok, here is the easter egg: While Analyzing, click on the CCleaner logo at the top, and you will get to play a game. It's like mine sweeper, but it's numbers. WOW!
