Under Windows ME, System Restore does not work. Search for System Restore Remover Pro, and remove System Restore and PC Health, your computer and Windows ME will work a lot better.

It could be under options, there's bound to be a type of treeviewlist or something that will show drive letters and let you select which drives you can run the cleaner on.

Give it some time to run, I've seen it take over 5 minutes to clean everything.

Use Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% and make a virtual drive. You then mount the images one at a time onto the drive.

I disabled some on my machine that I never really use at all. Security Center Indexing Service SSDP Discovery Service System Restore (I turned this off back in what.. February.) Telnet Universal Plug & Plug (SSDP and UPNP are needed for some sharing applications, MSN, Trillian and other applications like that)

Did you notice in CCleaner that it says the file is "Marked for deletion"? That means when you reboot the file gets deleted, and Windows then recreates it at default size.

But i'll say this, the company behind these products are marketing at some of the slowest computer users in America. Preferably old grannys and retards. There's never more than a few buttons on a screen, and they're simple and to the point. In a way, that clean GUI makes life easier. Yet Arovax shield tended to dumb me down everytime I looked at the interface. Updated: (downgraded a point) - The scan generated a number of false positives like my VNC client, Pal-Talk, and other random things that may be a security issue, but are programs that are useful. The fast system scan and the full system scan seem to do the same thing...I noticed no difference, almost like both buttons are just there for the hell of it. The settings consist of what drives you scan and that's it. Is it shell32.dll or shell32dll? Spyware Blaster blocks cookies and ActiveX, CWShredder looks for the CWS Variants, CCleaner wouldn't touch it. ewido has a chance of detecting if it's a virus or trojan. The problem here is what we know about it is little to nothing. shell32.dll is a legit Microsoft file. Mine is located in the system32 directory. However my dllcache directory doesn't have that file. Often viruses will mask themselves as a legit file. In this case it could be that shell32dll (not shell32.dll) may be a virus. That's why I recommended scanning it with eTrust.
