  1. Are you using a winapp2.ini or any ccleaner enhancing addons?
  2. Beta software is not covered by CCleaner. The developers receive the betas at the same time you do, so it would be impossible for it to guarantee that it'll work with them.
  3. Speccy uses wmi to query most (all?) of its data from, so I'd say it's supposed to do that.
  4. The pro allows for one installation only. for a year after buying pro you get priority support (so you don't have to deal with this user forum) and automatic updates. After that year those two things cease but all other pro features (multi-user, browser monitoring) remain.
  5. Ccleaner as far as I know already uses internetcookie api
  6. Make sure the windows update didn't just move the program folder to windows.old folder
  7. Please keep talk of competition products out of public forum.. Thank you
  8. He means MAC app, I believe. Don't think theres a winapp2 equivalent for MAC.
  9. No, ticked items are cleaned like it logically makes sense
  10. Currently there is no way to do this within Defraggler, but it makes for a good suggestion. The devs may not respond to this thread but they do read all suggestions..
  11. As far as I know auto update is one year, like priority support (which definitly is one year).
  12. Only time I've seen these options greyed out is in ccleaner portable. Is there a portable.dat file in your ccleaner installation folder?
  13. Your license provides for one installation (so pretty much one computer at a time)
  14. Only the Pro version asks to make a vhd. Do you have Recuva Pro? If so, and if you're still within the year of priority support included, you should seek the direct method of contacting the developers you paid for, it's a lot better than us fellow users stabbing in the dark. https://piriform.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  15. Only I mentioned Avast...mostly because lack of sleep has caused me temporary amnesia as to who now owns us, avast or avg but I'm pretty sure it's avast <---no memory sad face
  16. Commodo is false flagging the latest installer likely to do with the bundled google/avast with the free version. The malware, in september, was one version of ccleaner and was spread through all (pro and free, installer or portable) ccleaner.exe files. This being the official website for ccleaner, you won't be getting alternatives to ccleaner.
  17. I believe the hashes will be posted later today, or at least that's what moderators were told this morning #longlunch
  18. The devs have decided to delay the portable version until the slim release. it is unclear if this is just for this version or going forward but this is a test trial of this policy.
  19. Do you have a winapp2 file or any ccleaner enhancing softwares.
  20. Old thread is old. Unpinned by request, any information about this debugger ask at the winapp2 thread. Thanks
  21. Did you buy a pro license and a year has passed?
  22. The installer bundles either google toolbar or chrome. There is a checkbox on the opening screen of the installer to not bundle. Bundling is what allows the company to continue the free versions of their programs. They also (a few weeks after release) provide a slim installer which does not have a bundle. Http://Piriform.com/ccleaner/builds is where you can get that.
  23. I think, but am not 100%, it's the third one you wrote
