Ishi Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 I keep installing Silverlight when I was still using Windows XP and it somehow always fails to install and if it did got installed somehow, it doesn't take effect on the browser to play those videos and content that demanded it. Silverlight also seems to be an optional update from Windows Update. I don't think there is much use for it at all. I love computer maintenance tasks. Some of my favorite programs: Wordpad -basic word processing Notepad - temporary clipboard and basic scripting module Windows Media Player 12- video, music and online radio player Windows Media Center - live TV, local FM radio CCleaner- handy computer maintenance tool If something fails to work after using the registry cleaner, use SYSTEM RESTORE.
