  1. you can try winapp2.ini to clean the files or you can use "Include"
  2. -10 please just let ccleaner be crap/junk cleaner only please create separate tool for any extra function like duplicate finder, disk analyzer, registry defrag and many other function that might be suggested to be included in ccleaner why not include registry defrag into defraggler?

  6. the only way to check is for you to clean 1 by 1 until you find the cause would be better to remove winapp2.ini incase you're still have it inside ccleaner folder "Windows" tab first disable/un-tick all option on "Application" tab > Analyze > Right click on the result > Save to text file > Clean > check if you the problem occur or not if the problem did not occur, repeat the same step for "Application" tab attach the log file here when you found which tab cause the problem if you have problem attaching incase the file too big , paste it to any site like pastebin and put the link here

  9. @trium by selecting "Save all settings to ini file", all your settings is now inside ccleaner.ini you need to go to ccleaner installation folder to view the file find "Include"

  14. deleting without knowing what to delete will only add more problem to current problem if you want to try the solution given by @Dumuual, search specifically for ccleaner.exe and ccleaner64.exe delete both entries if exist > rename ccleaner.exe and ccleaner64.exe back to original > run as usual > report back here the correct location would be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options

  17. well, it's not for imaging only i don't use it to edit WIM file, just use the "Clean Up" feature for win 7, it's quite limited on cleaning but still manage to free up a few hundred MB even after running Windows Update Cleanup supported OS Windows 7 Windows Server 2008 R2 Windows 8 Windows RT Windows Server 2012 Windows 8.1 Windows RT 8.1 Windows Server 2012 R2 Windows 10

  19. then i don't think this is a problem caused by ccleaner what you can do is to remove the driver > restart > connect the controller without the installing the driver > see if it's working if it's working, then it's up to you if you want to install the official driver or not use device manager to troubleshoot

  21. well, its depend on the unwanted software that bundled with ccleaner installer which is Google Chrome once you ignore the offer, it should remember not to offer again next time in my case, i don't see any after my first install with version 4
  22. what about using the new location as detect and the old location as cleaning rule?
  23. Slim (no Google offer) this problem might happen because your av/security software blocked ccleaner installer from displaying the offer
