why not you run the cleaner first > install UbitMenu back > scan again > instead of cleaning, create exclude rule for detected files share your edited rule here already tried install and clean > found no file to delete Win XP

probably due to broken shortcut try go to CCleaner installation folder in Program Files and right click ccleaner.exe > send to > desktop(create shortcut)

the entries are inside formhistory.sqlite you need to clean "Saved Form Information" but by doing that, you also remove: User names, passwords, search terms, and anything else you typed into any forms that appeared in the browser's HTML canvas.

did you use winapp2.ini or any other enhancement? remove the file and then see if the problem with the "Analyze/Run Cleaner" button solved
