Many of these are already cleaned by ccleaner and even more by the community winapp2 file, found in the sticky in the ccleaner discussion board in my image the ones without a star are cleaned by ccleaner without add-ons the ones with * are from winapp2 you can see common apps like facebook and twitter, which have the cache and coookies like you say, are already in ccleaner

Are they system (система ) apps (ones that came bundled with the phone). There are three tabs Installed (Установлен ) System (система ) Disabled (Отключено ) You're on the система tab, are they also not listed in Установлен and Отключено ?
