  1. I've hidden your last post. You shouldn't post such personal information in public like that. Don't worry moderators and more importantly the ccleaner staff can still see the information you provided.
  2. Personally i didn't answer because i don't use driver updater. I was against its addition, i find it (and all driver "updaters") dangerous. It is blind to build, so if you have a driver on windows 10 saying there's a update but, in reality, it is a driver for win11. I have no unknown drivers so have no way of testing your question. I assume most USERS feel the same as me. Ccleaner employees have rarely interacted with the forum, every so often they send some helpers, but they usually fade after 6 months or a year and things go back to us USERS having to answer questions, or not be able to as in your case.
  3. It may be that there are no sensors, but it could also be speccy has not been updated by the developers in a VERY long time. It may just not be up to reading on a new pc. These are my opinions and not those of the ccleaner team, who still maintain that speccy is viable.
  4. There is no support phone number for ccleaner, are you sure you have ccleaner (two c's) Ccleaner has no affiliation with macafee, they are owned by avast/avg/norton but not macafee. I worry you were scammed
  5. I copy only ccleaner.exe ccleaner64.exe and bug report.exe (not sure that's the exsct name) to my portable folder and it works without extra tools. I think it's genius that this application is modular. I do have an installed version on the same pc, so report back if it's not the case that it works modularllly. If you run something portable don't update within the app use the xip file or temp install move those files and uninstsll
  6. The first three relate to norton security do you still run norton? If so don't remove them
  7. Any unchecks you make in healthcheck revert the next time. I don't use healthcheck so am at a loss. I'd suggest using custm clean as it follows the cookies to keep setting and will allow you to keep logged in to sites (other than those that log you out after time idle). As far as your pictures i can nearly 100% guarantee is due to registry cleaning.
  8. No ccleaner is a u.s. and england based software. Now owned by avast/norton it may be more complicated but definitly not a russian product. Your ip may be a block once assigned to Russia and ccleaner may be blocking because of that as ccleaner is not alowed in russian controled areas (i realize odessa is not controlled but if the ips are from an assigned batch that could cause blockage)
  9. I'll try and investigate further but i just updated to the latest ini and noticed two things Onedrive* duplicates some of the cleaning that latest ccleaner onedrive option cleans. Microsoft Phone link* when phone link is fully exited, so all files can be removed, this entry resets phonelink to default unpaired state. This looks to be due to the removal of all the .db files. phonelink.txt
  10. Right click a heading (such as edge chromium) and choose uncheck all
  11. I believe the ideas site may be in the process of going away, it's been nothing but a honeytrap for spammers and i have begged them to shoot that dead horse. I also get the error that you get, but more "replys" fill my mailbox still. I even turned off notifications from the site and still get all the spam replies that get posted. I'd say stay away from that site.
  12. 1) it is redundant to run health check and custom. Choose 1 (i suggest custom as you have things you don't want cleaned) 2) stop running the registry cleaner. This is likely the root of your issue. Registry should be judiciously done. See my signature for tried and true registry advice XP-11, however some of my compatriots would tell you never run it on windows 10 or 11.
  13. I use defender and am happy with it, however your milage may vary
  14. Ccleaner only cleans (with a few exceptions) the system drive (usually c). Ccleaner does not clean or remedy viruses or malware, it is an application junk cleaner with some extra tools.
  15. I should note "controlled folder access" is turned off in defender settings.
  16. [Windows Defender] ID=2132 LangSecRef=3024 Detect=HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Defender DetectFile=%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft AntiSpyware\GIANTAntiSpywareMain.exe Default=False FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Results\Quick|*.* FileKey2=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Results\Resource|*.* FileKey3=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Support|*.log FileKey4=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service|*.log FileKey5=%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft AntiSpyware|errors.log;tracksEraser.log;cleaner.log SpecialKey1=N_WINDOWS_DEFENDER_QUARANTINE It should be noted that I don't think I have any of these folders I have some of these folders but they don't open when i click. They say they're empty but I can't open not even as elevated UAC. I have Defender as my default and also have the defender that comes with Office 365 ok i opened them in elevated cmd prompt and they do have files. ccleaner is NOT cleaning these locations, possibly for the same reason they won't open in explorer
  17. Turn off ccleaner in android accessibility settings. Or at least turn off shortcut in the android settings for ccleaner accessibility.
  18. This secure error is occuring on all ccleaner.com support pages, the mods let paid staff know about it, but have yet to be replied to. Sorry i can't be more help, just a user like you
  19. Is it running in the background (down in the system tray (rightside of screen where the icons are is it there or in overflow))
  20. That file is created by the operating system after ccleaner deletes it. The new file is empty of suggested sites , when, previous to clean, it may have contained suggested sites
  21. This is a user forum, we don't have any idea why support ignores the mail. They previously were better (with even nonregisted users getting answered in 24 to 48 hours), this, of late, has fallen off as has the intervention of staff in the forum.
  22. Yes because windows and many applications use it
  23. Yes parts of windows and many programs still use ie locations, so ccleaner cleaning them is recommended.
  24. For future reference. Follow the registry advice in my signature (below this post)
  25. I don't believe so, i think it's based on ip and other factors. The united states currently has embargos against russia. This, as well as possible company stances above my unpaid volunteer paygrade, prevents sales of software in that country.
