  3. yeah I did that form yesterday and again just now, never received the acknowlegement email for either ..
  4. I did the license lookup three times, but the email from them never arrives. Where else can I contact CC support about this license key?

  10. OK I reinstalled chrome and all's well now.
  11. by links I mean desktop shortcuts and links in my email. I use Chrome browser, I Can open the FFox browser shortcut but not Chrome.
  12. Folks, I have the Pro version, I did a registry scan, and now can't open any links. I did the Registry Backup before 'fixing' the issues that were found. I'm hoping this issue was because of the registry scan, and that there's an easy fix! What can I try?
