Have you confirmed, whether or not, 13.0.16.0 is compatible with Win10? If 13.0.16.0 is compatible with Win10, then that might the reason Driver Updater is flagging 12.18.16.0 as out-of-date.

When CCleaner scans for out-of-date drivers, is it also scanning for missing drivers? Thank you.
