ccleaner suport ingoring my emails for support

Hi. I've had to change my email address, so I emailed support to get it changed, you ignored my email. I then sent a second email about a week after on July 19th and yet again you ignored my email. I have proof that it was sent as the auto reply back is still in my emails So, I have a simple question. Why do support ignore emails?
