GavinD Posted August 2, 2023 Share Posted August 2, 2023 Hi. I've had to change my email address, so I emailed support to get it changed, you ignored my email. I then sent a second email about a week after on July 19th and yet again you ignored my email. I have proof that it was sent as the auto reply back is still in my emails So, I have a simple question. They previously were better (with even nonregisted users getting answered in 24 to 48 hours), this, of late, has fallen off as has the intervention of staff in the forum. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
