What happens if you run the 32bit version of Speccy? (It's in the installation folder) Are you running it as admin?

@Hmm Dark mode is already available for the forum (I use it) Scroll to the very bottom of the page under the icons for Facebook etc and click on Theme. The dark mode is not perfect but for me it's 100% better than the blazing white with pale fonts.

What happens when you try to use it? What operating system? Where did you download it from? Have you use CCleaner before?

Try looking in taskmanager and ending task of anything related to CCleaner. Also go offline before running the uninstaller. What operating system are you running ?

I used it years ago before it went to the 'dark side' I liked it, but then switched to Vivaldi.
