After one month of silence from the ccleaner support team and three different emails sent to them (with automatic message from their side inviting me to wait for their coming reply...never arrived), I can say that I regret buying this product. I paid for one year of subscription. I paid for a careless support. I just uninstalled this App from my phone. Nevermore ccleaner for Android!

Hi guys, I always used CCleaner on my deskotp PC and a couple of months ago I decided to try it on my mobile phone. I own a Xiaomi A2 lite, and after some interesting cleanings with the fee version of CCleaner for Android, I decided to buy the Pro yearly subscription. Just the time to test all the available functions and I discover what seems to be a bug. At least in consideration of the impossible to fix it. Please see the attached pics. In the dashboard of the App when I want to select "deep cleaning" the App notifies a missing authorization. The missing authorization is related to the "show popup" setting. As soon as i try to push on the blue button "go to settings" an error grey window pops up with the message "the task cannot be completed on this device". And the screen stops there, no possibility to go on unlocking the authorization. I am very sorry for this error, since it does not allow me to be able to use the application to its fullest. And I just paid for yearly subscription. Is there anybody that can help me to fix this issue? Am I the only one to use the CCleaner app on Xiaomi phone experiencing this issue? Any helps would be very very appreciated... or I will be forced to uninstall the App and look around for some other software. Luke
