I use Avir AntiVir Premium on my XP Home system and Avir AntiVir Free on my old PIII system and they work great.

I vote for no Win98 support.
Win98 will not be supported on anti virus applications in 2009 so why should CCleaner support this dying operating system.

With the minuscule amount of the hard drive space that would be saved, why bother.
Making the Temporary Internet Files ( TIF ) storage much smaller and System Restore only 2-5% makes much more sense.

I don't keep Web shortcuts but I do have a lot in my Favorites and the icons are stored in FavIcons that are cleared when the Temporary Internet Files cache is cleared.
I use AM-Deadlink to keep the FavIcons for my Favorites.
