Miroku4444
Could someone make some entry's for Opera, which include Website Icons(the built-in one doesn't work), VPS, and thumbnails. The files are located here: I have them listed in my include list in the options section, but it would be nice to delete them when i want, not everytime i run ccleaner. w33d3r
Winapp2.ini - Didn't CCleaner used to recognise if a user has Microsoft Silverlight installed? (well, I say if, more like who hasn't the way MS force feed it via windows update) Just tried the current version of CCleaner with your most up to date ini and nothing seems to come up on any lists. Anyway, if not, I believe the following could be added [silverlight] LangSecRef=3022 Detect=HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Silverlight Default=True FileKey1=%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Microsoft\Silverlight|*.*|RECURSE For cleaning out MS LSOs (Local Shared Objects), similar to Adobe's

tehloxely
I see that uTorrent is added. Is there a way to clean old .torrent files in the "..\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent" as well? I don't know if there is a way to check if uTorrent is using or not, that's the only issue. Hahahah! I lost about 15 torrents trying to do this. I really don't recommend anyone follow in my failed footsteps. The only way I can think to do this is with some sort of VBScript, then call it from CCleaner. See psuedo code*: Imports DotNetUtils Dim u As New VBUtils If u.ProcessRunning(uTorrent.exe) = True Then '//Check if uTorrent is running. This is so it prevents deletion of torrents in use. For Each torrent As String In System.Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.ApplicationData) & \Roaming\uTorrent, *.* If System.IO.Path.GetExtension(torrent) = ".torrent" Then '//Make sure the file extension is .torrent If u.FileInUse(torrent) = False Then '//Check whether uTorrent is using the file. Try My.Computer.FileSystem.DeleteFile(torrent) Catch ex As Exception MessageBox.Show("Could not delete file.) End If Next End If *Well, .NET code actually - I've never actually had the need to write VBScript before. Anyone wanting to try the above code will need the DotNetUtils DLL. I'm Shane. I also tried this a while ago, while running ?Torrent, however I only use analyze when testing new entries, and that was enough for me to see it doesn't work. I wonder why ?Torrent doesn't lock its "in use" torrent files. winapp2.ini additions thread winapp2.ini github
