Speaking of useless things, why did they invent the Eldmannen? How is that program useless? It deletes registry strings that some unexperienced users may not know how to do via regedit. Maybe to the true IT people it's useless, but to new users they could use it.

Firmware actually sounds logical. Dj knows I had problems with some cd's burning too. I went to my manufacturer's website and was able to get the firmware upgrade. It was very easy to install and apply.

When it cleans, right click where it says what it has cleaned and you can optionally save a log.

So was it a profile problem? I'm curious cause the feedback helps me learn.
