which version of foobar are you using? the 0.9 installer installs to that path by default. if you installed it in "C:\Program Files\foobar" then put it in "C:\Program Files\foobar\plugins\"
but that's only for AIM users . Skype is kinda the same in the sense that it also gives free calling from PC to PC calling.
but what makes Skype even better is its ability to provide cheap rates for landline calls.

but seriously, Skype > all other competitors.
i believe that if you format, you do lose all the data. however i'm not 100% sure.
so just format, readd the files(if it deleted them), and you're good to go.
that's kinda weird considering it also blocks softpedia, newgrounds, Dragonball websites, and many others. perhaps the file could be updated by the people that update PeerGuardian's blocklists. but then again, i'm not really sure.
