which version of foobar are you using? the 0.9 installer installs to that path by default. if you installed it in "C:\Program Files\foobar" then put it in "C:\Program Files\foobar\plugins\"

but that's only for AIM users . Skype is kinda the same in the sense that it also gives free calling from PC to PC calling. but what makes Skype even better is its ability to provide cheap rates for landline calls.
