I have disabled referrer on Opera and basicly have no problems with it. For example, some links to other websites won't work cause of it, and some other minor things. Nothing too serious to enable it.

Well i tried to open it via default admin account, but i got the same error. After that i restored my registry backup from 04/22/08 and it solved it! It also solved some other problems that i got after failed sp3 installation. Hip hurray to ERUNT!

I have a problem with SpywareBlaster now after third attemp to install sp3. I cant open SB. it says that if have to be run from admin account, so it set up the licence. I have tried uninstall and then install.

I think ts final for me now. i tried a third time after reseting registry permissions and booting to safe mode. Still a same error! I have had enough.

I don't know. Maybe i go without sp3, atleast for now. I just can't understant why sp3 install can fail to some registry permission issue. Why it can't go over it? It just SO frustrating. I mean it first takes a long time to get there and then it takes a long time to remove the installation. Man i was pissed off last night.

Tried second time, no luck. i think its not sp3 for me.

Ok. Sorry about the F words, but im so f*ckin frustrated right now. I started to install SP3 through the microsoft update. it installs it for a long time, about to half way (i guess) and then i got a f*ckin ERROR MESSAGE, that SP3 cannot be installed!!! Then it removed the installation and it took for while too!! Finally it says that SP3 is not completely installed and that windows might not work correctly!! Well i rebooted like ordered and im now typing this message. F*CK. it even didn't say why it cannot be installed!! F*CKIN WINDOWS!!!!!! I dont wanna wanna even try for a second time!! EDIT: Well it gave error 0x80070005.

When i watch, for example YouTube videos, audio sound level of course varies between the videos, so i always have to lower or higher the sound level between the videos. It's not very nice. So is there any 3rd-party program (or any other way) to keep the sound level always the same for every video?

I use Opera, but don't use any widgets.

Keep them so long that you can really tell all works fine.

Why Avast wasn't good for you?

I have never used SR and it's been always disabled on my system. If you are good with computers/Windows, disable it. If you are not, i think you should leave it on. I mean (most) problems can be fixed without using SR. Not sure about the performance thing, but i guess that disabling it frees up some system recources. Also frees up some disk space. I have also read, that SR is not so good, cause it can store viruses as well.
