Its probably a good time to disconnect the system unit and take it outside and blow out the dust bunnies with a canister of compressed air. Download.com is now using what looks like a 56kb direct hookup so that downloading anything from that site is as fast as watching paint dry. snapfiles.com is much faster.

CCleaner could benefit from National Language support. Its even worse for double byte languages like Chinese or Japanese.
