@Aldo Neri: Prior to you making this order yesterday, you already had a licence for CCleaner Premium (the licence key ending in 2G3F) that is valid until November 2022.  If you have not already done so, please contact customer support at support@ccleaner.com to cancel and refund you for yesterday's duplicate order.  Looks like someone has already beaten me to it and issued you with a refund :-)

The latest update seems to be broken. I have Ccleander Business. It wouldn't open. Uninstalled, reinstalled, won't run, doesn't show up in task manager, something is broken.

Thanks to the ccleaner team for solving the problem. I was able to use it normally after deleting the old version and loading the new version sent by email to the program. You can now use it normally.

I installed the version v5.89.9385 (24 Jan 2022) and today it did not open, run the automatic  update to get the new update which is v5.89.9401.

I unintalled CCleanr Pro via Hibit uninstaller, and rebooted my PC and installed v5.89.9401 (25 Jan 2022). Its working fine now.

with manually updating from inside running the paid version of CCleaner Professional plus

CCleaner Professional always closes after starting / loading by itself

Hello I  had a issue with my CCleaner every time I opened it would disappear I called support only to  have a who I thought was a tech was not because he did a remote take over  to tell me that I would have to pay for security of my IP anti hacking  and networking he gave me prices , when I said no he hung up on me and left  with the remote supremo still on and installed   . I once again called and got the rudest person who told me nothing is for free , I paid for my professional  version I once again hung up . I had to get Norton's  to remove the remote access  off of my computer. I am hesitant to re download it. Please  help me  I do not know if it will do the same thing. and I want to know if I do not how do I get my money back from being given the worst support. Isabel Any help is welcome,

@issyFrom your description of events, it sounds like you had the misfortune to call a tech support scam phone number.  There are quite a few of those out there impersonating all major software brands.  As you might expect, they are not usually big on refunds, and you may need to contact your bank or credit card company for a chargeback if you gave them your credit card number over the phone.

CCleaner's actual technical support would have responded to your email quite promptly with the information on how to download the patched version of CCleaner (from https://www.ccleaner.com/go/get_ccpro) - which would have solved your problem. 

Note that if you still have the software that the scammers installed on your computer, you may be able to use CCleaner to remove it (from CCleaner's Tools > Uninstall menu).

Since I upgraded to Ccleaner Pro v 5.89 I've not been able to use it. I click to open it, and it appears briefly onscreen, then disappears. Same if I run it as administrator. Any words of wisdom out there? Thanks.

Yes - download and install it again.

There was a problem for a number of users (those with a particular Antivirus) for a day but it was quickly fixed with a patched version of v5.89.

The fixed version is CCleaner v5.89.9401.

You can download the installer here : https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds

Once downloaded double click the file to install the fixed CCleaner. It should pick up your existing licence and settings from the version already installed.
