Hello I had a issue with my CCleaner every time I opened it would disappear I called support only to have a who I thought was a tech was not because he did a remote take over to tell me that I would have to pay for security of my IP anti hacking and networking he gave me prices , when I said no he hung up on me and left with the remote supremo still on and installed . I once again called and got the rudest person who told me nothing is for free , I paid for my professional version I once again hung up . I had to get Norton's to remove the remote access off of my computer. I am hesitant to re download it. Please help me I do not know if it will do the same thing. and I want to know if I do not how do I get my money back from being given the worst support. Isabel Any help is welcome,
