Do you mean malicious software remover, or is software remover something else (removes outdated/incompatible software to the windows.old folder). I finally, today, got 1903 (on a computer last used in may and was stuck on 1803) so I doubt i'll see 1909 soon (or ever if it's like 1809).

That's why, easy clean ignores settings and checkboxes. Try custom clean and see if the same happens.

There's currently a mistake in the license server causing these popups. The moderation staff has informed the admin of this, though we've yet to hear back from them on the status of the problem.

Thought of something. Are you using easyclean (or healthcheck) part of ccleaner or custom clean?

Another moderator has pointed the developers to this thread. you shouldn't, to my knowledge, be being charged like that.

There seems to be something up with the licensing server, many have posted with the same problem today. We've flagged it for the higher ups to do something and inform us.

Is this a pc or a mac. You keep posting in mac board but saying pc. If pc I can move it to the correct location, but it's impossible to even begin to answer until that basic fact is settled as they are too dissimilar in how to troubleshoot.

The software updater gets its versions from File Hippo. The latest nmap on that site is 7.80 https://filehippo.com/download_nmap/ If there is a newer version perhaps contact file hippo and inform them of the mistake https://filehippo.com/info/contact/ I misread the issue so never mind, though I still suggest taking the complaint to either file hippo or te developer of nmap, because one or the other is publishing the version number incorrectly (either through versioning of the exe or versioning on the website)

If you have it on pc it's not the same issue, you should start a new topic in the ccleaner help board.

Did you buy the "ccleaner pro plus" product. If so then yes recuva is included in your purchase (along with defraggler and speccy pros).

Afaik, thumbnails are instantly recreated for existing pictures; my guess is that it's a cleaner to get rid of thumbnails from/of no-longer-existing pictures.

If I understand, you mean how do you delete manually? It just mean going into the folder (using windows explorer), highlighting the leftover(s) and pressing delete (or choosing delete from the right click menu).

No need to report as anything. You can copy paste the registration key you were given into the free and you'll have your pro.

Possibly because the exe is new today and not yet added to the smartscreen filters.
