I am using dark mode as I type this.
Go to the bottom of the forum page, click the drop down arrow next to Theme and select dark mode.

Common solution to "0x6" problems:
Right-click CCleaner desktop icon > click Properties
Open the Compatibility tab
Check "Run this program as an administrator"
Click Apply > OK -
