SMalik
I have tried some more privacy eraser programs and none of them wipe *.log, *LOG.*, and *MANIFEST* files from Chrome because it breaks some Chrome Extensions. By the way, there is no sensitive data being stored in these files. Only .log files contain some data and whenever there is any change, Chrome makes a fresh .log file. After this, I suggest removing the [Log*] and [html5 Storage*] entries and not including the two new entries ([GCM Store*] & [Local Extension Storage*]) the ones I provided in my previous post. Instead you can include the entry listed below. Moderators Nergal Posted June 8, 2015 Moderators Share Posted June 8, 2015 .PLS are your play list files. are you sure you want them deleted? Correct question is: "are you sure everyone wants them deleted" Rule number one: is it actual trash or just aomething some/many don't use. If the latter, then it should not be included. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
