  1. Forget about 1,000 years from now. I'll probably die from some freaky global warming catastrophe
  2. I believe it just does grayscale as a limitation if your running the commanline. But GUI of it works fine...
  3. What are you laughing about? What if a large meteor blindsides us from the backside of the sun & wipes us out?
  4. I see everyone survived the Dec 21, 2012 "apocalypse"! Merry Christmas to all!!!
  5. Don't know... It was in color on my machine. If it only did B&W, I wouldn't even use it.
  6. Yeah, but then I would probably bluescreen if I ran out of RAM while surfing with a few thousand tabs, & or programs open...
  7. I haven't got the RAM yet (Christmas present). It may be a week or two after C-Mas before I can install the new RAM & do the RAM-Disk. I'll keep you guys updated.
  8. I just tested, & all that you need for it to run is webshot.exe (183 KB). The rest of it (uninstaller files/64 bit/cmd, cef folder, etc.) can be safely deleted. CEF mode has a single file (libcef.dll) that is just over 23 MB by itself. You don't really need all that for it to work. %programfiles%\webshot\webshot.exe is all you need.
  9. I believe it also uses memory dumps. I forget. How do you disable mem dumps in say, 7?
  10. That's perplexing. It works fine on mine!
  11. -> http://thenextweb.co...s-in-real-time/ Reportedly capable of finding Bitlocker/TrueCrypt/PGP keys via RAM dumps/hibernation files/other & without modifying original content (stealth). Does this mean that there really is no privacy anymore?
  12. Can't you pull that off by using middle click on links?
  13. Depends... If they were overwritten by files being moved, it will reduce the chances of recovery. It's possible, unless they were overwritten.
  14. Thanks for a nice release!
  15. Maybe in the alternate universe, they have 3 suns. And one is red, one is blue, & one is golden.
  16. I just downloaded it with my Firefox Browser. Not sure why yours won't download. I chose Custom & unchecked the 3 offers, then it installed normally. I copied & pasted Yahoo to the source url box, then clicked the link box beside it to add it, then hit start & it generated an image of the entire yahoo page. Worked for me! Not sure why it is so complicated to simply copy & paste the url you want into it, then click the link button (beside import) & click start. So far as features, they do have more for the paid, but I don't use the command-line anyway for that. Basic webpage screenshots seem to be free (works for me!). Edit: You sure your not using something that may block it (ad blocker/link checker/etc.)?

    Smile !

If there was only 1 "Adam", how did we get so much diversity? (Hispanic/White/Black/Mixed/etc.) I think I just popped into existence.
  18. I don't believe that to be the case. Something in the system settings may be causing it. I will be clean-installing Windows sometime in the next month or so, which may clear it up (if it is only system settings causing it). I change a lot of things whilst experimenting with reg keys & what they do.
  19. What's interesting about this, is one website says using a RAM disk is about 10X faster than an SSD, & 100X faster than HDD... Interesting!!!
  20. Thanks for spoiling the ending for the rest of us!
  21. -> http://www.websitescreenshots.com/ Scroll to the bottom of the page, & look at sample webpage captures. As always, be careful with the options when installing, because a lot of freeware programs come bundled with helpful adware. Use custom (if available) during installation, & watch your options. And I believe you can avoid installing the toolbar/adware. Let me know whatcha think!
  22. Ok, well, this is weird. On my system, that link Hazel posted goes directly to my router settings (Both in IE9 & FF 17.01). However, if input that page via proxy server, it does display router password page. Not sure why it does that on my system. Thought it was weird.
  23. I knew it was too good to last! Some advertiser must have had a word with them about the detrimental effects of blocking their spamware/ads!!!
  24. -> XP/Vista/7/8? -> 32 or 64 Bit? -> Amount of RAM on your PC?
  25. -> http://lee-soft.com/visplore/ Seems that this is a neat looking explorer to replace Windows XP explorer with. There is also a Windows 7 start menu for XP, I believe, on the website. I am wondering, if I should use Visplore in XP, if it will open folders with more than 5,000 files in it (instead of crashing like in XP Windows Explorer)? While we are at it, the Windows 7 start menu for XP should look pretty cool, I imagine. If unable to accomplish this, my favorite Visual Style for XP is Royale. There are tons of visual styles, but Royale offers a glassy/blued look that is much better looking than the default Luna. Additionally, I believe that it also works without patching anything to enable 3rd party visual styles (I think).
