  1. If you cannot screen capture, are you able to say what was in those messages? Also, which version of CCleaner are you using?
  2. Your forum account has been deleted. Note that if you have (or have had) a paid account for CCleaner or any other Piriform product and would like that account information deleted, please contact support with your registered email address (https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
  3. Это неожиданно появилось около недели назад. Разработчики сообщили об этом ложном срабатывании Яндексу. (This suddenly popped up about a week ago. The developers have reported this false positive to Yandex.)
  4. @ottoceri: Try these links: CCleaner: https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download/standard Recuva: https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva/download/standard
  5. @judex6 sorry for the late response. At the moment, each product in the bundle is a separate download: CCleaner (https://download.ccleaner.com/ccsetup556.exe), Defraggler (https://www.ccleaner.com/defraggler/download/standard), Recuva (https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva/download/standard) and Speccy (https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download/standard).
  6. @jeppari after you install CCleaner (https://download.ccleaner.com/ccsetup556.exe) on your other PCs the serial key code that you got when you purchased online should work to activate those as well (Menu Options > About > Upgrade to Pro). Same with the additional software that comes with the bundle - Defraggler (https://www.ccleaner.com/defraggler/download/standard), Recuva (https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva/download/standard) and Speccy (https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download/standard)
  7. For legal reasons, CCleaner (and many other software companies) cannot permit people to use their software if they ping from an IP address in Iran. It looks like your Kazakh ISP Kar-Tel has some IP addresses that are tagged as being from Iran in some geoIP databases. If you are being assigned an IP address dynamically, you may find that next time you connect to the internet you are assigned one from a "safe" range (check db-ip.com, as that seemed to be one of the ones that was flagging you). Your ISP is also likely to be working with geoIP providers to get this corrected, but most of them should have a "report wrong location" link on their IP search results page.
  8. We welcome users from Kazakhstan (and Russia). There is a known issue with some IP address ranges that were previously assigned to countries on sanction lists (North Korea, etc) still showing up as those countries on some geoIP lookup databases. If you try some sites like whatismyip.com from your home PC, what country do you show up as?
  9. Note that for the majority of installations (particularly reinstalling users) there is no checkbox - not because it is hidden but because there is no third party offer being made that time.
  10. The software updater launch offer (which ended last week) was set to display only a couple of times per user. We've had a few reports of users receiving an excessive number of messages, however, due to the "has this user already seen this message" flag not being found. Version 5.54 fixed this for many users - but quite possibly not everyone. Which CCleaner version are you using?
