  1. Actually, we can only help on winapp2 questions in the additions topic, so your first intent was the right one. I've locked this one.
  2. Can't read screenshot, please provide the virus total link
  3. Http://piriform.com/ccleaner click on free version and again (pic 1) Leads to http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download Click the left one
  4. The extra features (multiple user clean, better monitoring) will remain after the year; auto-update and priority support will only work during the first year.
  5. I agree, whichever is most specific without detecting the exact thing that's removed. (This sounded better in my head than it probably reads)
  6. Analysis is the same in both pro and free speccy Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  7. Applications tab is where you find the checkbox for mozilla -compact database
  8. Do you have mozilla - compact database checked off? Currently (.27 and .28 ccleaner) there's a known bug in that checkbox
  9. Please stick to one thread, I've locked this one in favor of the one in speccy bugs forum https://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=48084
  10. Not a piriform issue. I have to change the task to be windows 7 for all of my ARG0 tasks (at least three) ARG0 is depreciated in windows 10 tasks.
  11. Known bug (.27 and .28) hopefully fixed in next build
  12. Try to clear private data from within your browser, you may have a corrupted database
  13. Then its a known bug that the developers are working on
  14. The scan would be different if you came back. as long as the computer is running (including restart) recoverable data is being written over making the original scan to be wrong
  15. Somebody keeps leaking the betas to apkmirror if that's what you mean
  16. I have 1.18.70 on my autoupdate playstore ccleaner
  17. Also make sure you've chosen the sites cookies in the "cookies to keep" section of ccleaner's options
  18. This should be fixed in the next version, they developers are looking into it
  19. Not so cleanly as half being corrupted but chances are a portion will be overwritten before they're recovered.
  20. Also if you have firefox uncheck Mozilla -> compact databases
  21. No the results would not be saved. Turning the computer off and on will change the recoverablity of some of your data (windows writes files at startup and shutdown, which in turn might overwrite your data). Recovering to the same drive will also change the recoverability of your data. Don't do that Don't recover all 700k of the files; take time and find the ones you want
  22. Powershell is part of windows
  23. While you did remove the web browser (front end), windows and many other programs still can use internet explorer's databases and rendering ability. Windows media player, on the other hand, probably sticks around on ccleaner's list because it left behind either a file or a registry key that ccleaner uses as its detector.
  24. 99% of the time this occurs when chrome is running, perhaps in the background (often because sync and/or cloudprint are running). Make sure chromes settings don't allow background (can't remember where in chrome this is but someone else will be by to fill the holes I left)
