It is easiest to edit .fla But I think it is possible edit .swf too, but not all since when you create the .swf you can choose wether to protect it or not.

Next time when you have a problem, state relevant informations such as the model of the CD drive and what Windows version you have. You can try to use the "System Restore" to restore the computer configuration to an earlier state. You need to rephrase your question so that it does make more sence, and proper grammar would be good too. Heh, the page rendering in the IE screenshots looks horrible. IE needs to learn to follow and keep up with the webstandards.

Right-click and select "View Source" then find search for ".swf" and copy that URL. You can create a .html file and write and put the URL in the link tag at the href attribute. Like this: <a href="http://www.example.com/file.swf">Download Flash Animation</a> Then you open that .html file so the browser starts. Now right-click on the link and select "Save Target".

250w is considered little nowadays. Minimum recommended is 300w. Does it work if you unplug the powercord to the hard disk, floppy, and the CD/DVD drives?

People who buy new computers will get it shipped with Vista, but most people who already have Windows 2000 or XP will not likely upgrade to Vista.

You dont have to upgrade to USB 2.0 but because USB 2.0 is backwards compatible, so all USB 2.0 devices work on USB 1.1 too, but you get lower performance. The USB ports are on the motherboard of the computer, but as DjLizard said, you can buy a PCI card that gives you USB 2.0 support if you need it. Such card is very cheap, like $20 only.

I would recommend you to keep it in the .ogg file format. If you have Winamp it should be able to play .ogg (Ogg Vorbis) files, and if cant then look for the plugin. .ogg have better compression than .mp3 which results in smaller file size (less diskspace, faster downloads). It also has greater audio quality than mp3.

Maybe you have manually removed the game by deleting the directory/folder. You should always use the uninstallation program or Add/Remove Programs so that it completely uninstalls the software and (hopefully) removes all the registry entries. CCleaner also has a feature to uninstall software and to remove invalid entries from the Add/Remove Programs list.

I hate the sites that need to signup before you can download anything. Good thing about download.com is that you dont need to signup, and it's pretty fast to download from. Much of these "download sites" contains much crap like shareware, demos, trials. Software that only work for 30 days then either nags the hell out of you or stops working completly. Software that have limited functionality, example you can open files but not save them, or you can see the settings but you cant change them, etc. My favourite site is SourceForge. It is not exactly a "download site", but atleast there i get software which is really free, fully functional, and which I can really trust.

Thanks, JPG, PNG and GIF opens in the software it should. But BMP still opens in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer instead of mspaint. I wish there was a way to remove it...

Ads/banners steal bandwith from the people who visit the site, and can make the website a little slower to visit (esp for dialup users). They also annoy users and if you have too many, then people wont come back to your site. Flash banners are the most annoying thing there is and for people with slower computers its a real pain. Animated gif's are annoying too. DHTML like moving windows and popups without "X" button is very annoying extremly annoying too. I am pretty okay with Google AdSense though, its no images, just text and its fast and non-annoying and they display relevant content so sometimes I click on Google AdSense but never on other ads. Google AdSense is the ads that I prefer the most.

No idea, but besure you have the latest DirectX. Check if there are any patches for the game. And be sure you have latest graphics drivers.

Anyone know if it is possible to remove Windows Picture and Fax Viewer that comes with Windows XP? I hate it!
