CuteFTP contains spyware! WS FTP sucks. FlashFXP is good, but its not free, it cost money, and if you use the demo, it will nag the hell out of you. FileZilla is a free, open-source (GNU GPL) FTP client, it is easy to use, it is great, its competly spy/adware free. http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/
