You might try Restoration (http://www3.telus.net/mikebike/RESTORATION.html). Its primary goal is finding deleted files but it can also be used to permanently remove/overwrite all delted files.

I understand the decision to close the discussion because all that could be said was said. But the whole point is that CCleaner is a cleaner with the ultimate goal of speeding up your computer. And what's the use of cleaning something that hurts performance? Even when it is some nanoseconds.

Maybe removal of Norton Anti-virus Quarantined files? And, if possible, the same form other anti-virus-programs, anti-spyware-programs, anti-trojan-programs. Users tend to forget that those unneeded files linger in their system.
