Using Avira Antivir right now, wondering if I should switch back to Avast?

Just checked and I just can't seem to find anything. ARRRGHHHH! EDIT: Fooled around some more with Antivir and I think I fixed the problem. I think the Update job in the scheduler and the update job in the Configurations were conflicting so I removed the update job in the scheduler and that (I think) fixed everything.

Which safe options should I select for CCleaner to clean?

I don't like firewalls that much. I've already tried three (Online Armor Free, Comodo 3, and Outpost) Online Armor and Comodo kept nagging me for every little thing that I tried to run, even the program that enables me to connect to the internet.

Ok, so all parts of my Avira Antivir are fully updated, even the product update part. But the update part of the antivir is still red! What's the problem? I tried reinstalling Avira but to no avail. I also restarted my computer, also to no avail.

I use Arovax right now, just because I don't have anything.

I use Avira Personal for my anti-virus. I have Spybot S&D, Spyware Blaster and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. I also have Arovax Shield (behavior blocker) and Arovax Smart Hide (online anonymity) and yeah...

I think Revo Uninstaller can remove IE7?

AVG 7.5 is definitely better than AVG 8 right now becaue AVG 8 is a memory hog and it has lots of uneeded features that make it even worse.

Ok everyone, I'm back. Tried out Burning Studio and I must say, I'm liking it more than Sonic so far.

Ok, I've decided to install Ashampoo Burning Studio. I'll be back in a few minutes.

It's working for me too now. Explorer was using 30+mb memory a few min ago and when I tried Humpty's method, mem usage went down to less than 6 mb!

Well, if you guys think Burning Studio is that good, I think I'll give it a try. I have Sonic RecodNow! because it came with my PC when I bought it last year. So should I get Burning Studio and dump RecordNow!?

Is program needed? Because it's on my computer and I heard from some sites that it's spyware and from others that its related to your sound system and is harmless. And before you say "GO RESEARCH THAT ON GOOGLE!", I already did that, and I can't decide if I want to allow it to start-up or if I dont.

Still having no problems. I think you can uninstall IE7 from Revo Uninstaller if you want.
