To be honest at the moment support in general to users from emails queries, and from admin responses on forum, is a bit of a disgrace.
We moderators find it difficult to get any answers to questions we have too.

Dark mode is already available for the forum (I use it)
Scroll to the very bottom of the page under the icons for Facebook etc and click on Theme.
The dark mode is not perfect but for me it's 100% better than the blazing white with pale fonts.

What operating system?
Where did you download it from?
Have you use CCleaner before?

Try looking in taskmanager and ending task of anything related to CCleaner.
Also go offline before running the uninstaller.

I used it years ago before it went to the 'dark side'
I liked it, but then switched to Vivaldi.

Why did Piriform change things in the first place ? Why did Piriform feel the need to put in an extra tick... I mean it's pointless.
