When you click on the VirusTotal link in nukead's post above and get to the site, click on where it says Details.
Scroll down a bit and you will see that it mentions 5.65.7632.exe and ccsetup565.exe. They are one and the same.
The temp file ccupdate you have highlighted by Kaspersky on your machine is just where the setup file gets unpacked to a temp area for installing.
Please do not be concerned.
If it still is bothering your peace of mind contact Kaspersky who will give you some info about this.

Do you have clipboard ticked to save in Win 10 Settings...System..Clipboard (down on left side list) ?
Asking just in case.

Piriform have difficulty in getting the program to work correctly.
Please don't encourage them to mess with the window size as well

Hello. I had a problem with the deep cleaning function for hidden memory on the version of Adroyd 9 on a ZTE Blade L8 phone. It requires access to the cleaning function in the special features of the phone, but I can’t find such settings in the phone.

The Announcements section has been ''unwell'' for sometime now.
They are aware of it but don't seem to be able to fix it as yet.

Yes I had a 504 earlier when I tried to reach the forum.
Perhaps it may have something to do with the load the internet is under due to everyone being at home because of coronavirus.

I agree that there should at least be a prominent warning that Health Check does it's own thing and takes no notice of the Custom Clean settings.
I also agree that making Health Check the default when installing/updating is a step backwards for CCleaner.
There should at least be the option given during an install, with a brief description of the differences.Health Check is aimed at non-technical users but TBH they have dumbed it down too far, some of the wording used is infantile and confusing, and seeing some options to set in Custom Clean that then apparently don't work (because they are still using HC) is confusing some of them.
(In fact I've gone further and suggested that Health Check should be taken out of CCleaner altogether and released as a seperate app, it should have been developed as a seperate app it just doesn't belong in CCleaner proper).
But all that's up to the Piriform management, staff, and developers. (And probably Avast have their sticky fingers in there somewhere).
Agree with this 100%

Please issue a full refund for my annual subscription! You seem to have no interest in making it easy for your users to understand and use your software. Enough said. Once notification of the refund is received, I will remove your software and destroy the documentation that would have helped me use your software correctly.
Please contact Piriform directly with you refund request as we cannot deal with financials on the forum.

I have pointed admins to your request.

Where is a CCleaner Professional manual?
What I linked to is the CCleaner online manual.
That is all there is.

You could always go back to 5.63 until the new build is released.

I see your item was on a different drive.
Does it delete it if you move it to start ups on C drive?
-
You can download 5.63 from File Hippo from the older versions list on the right-hand side of the page.

It may well be Norton that is doing it.
Try downloading and installing the Slim build from the bottom of this page. Does it install now?
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds
Having said all that I would wait before installing 5.64 as it has quite a few issues which Piriform are trying to fix.
If 5.63 worked alright for you just re-install that.
