  1. Perhaps try this Joe.

Right-click on the taskbar on your machine.

    Select TaskManager.

When it opens select the 'start-up tab' at the top (If you nothing when the taskmanager opens select more details at the bottom)

If you see ccleaner there click on it once to highlight it and then select (Disable' from bottom right.

Close the taskmanager and then Restart your machine. Make sure you select restart and not shutdown.

    Good morning at all,

My nickname is 91 Ruggero from Italy. I only have one question about cookies: before cleaning with Ccleaner Free, I want to keep only some cookies and delete others. How should I do it? Thank you.

In CCleaner, click the Options icon on the left.
Click the Cookies button. The list may take a few seconds to load. You’ll now see a list of cookies from all the browsers you have installed on your system. The left column displays all cookies available to clean and the right column displays a list of Cookies to Keep.
To keep cookies, move them to the Cookies to Keep column by selecting cookies and clicking the right-arrow button. You can select multiple cookies by using CTRL+click, or select a set of cookies in a row by clicking the first one and then SHIFT-clicking the last one.

    Option 2 from here

  3. When Microsoft Edge reaches general availability in January, Microsoft has stated that the browser will automatically be installed on Windows 10 devices via Windows Update.

On January 15th, 2020, Microsoft plans on officially releasing the new Microsoft Edge browser and has decided to push it out via Windows Update rather than having it be a manual download.
